All our carbonization furnaces are equipped with smoke purifiers.
We do not recommend directly carbonizing sawdust. You can first press the sawdust into sawdust briquettes and then carbonize the sawdust briquettes to charcoal. This can improve the efficiency of charcoal production and improve the quality of charcoal.
The carbonizing time is 8-12 hours, and the cooling time is around 12 hours. So usually we say one carbonizing batch one day.
The density of sawdust briquettes is 1100-1300kg/m3, it can sink in the water.
The fixed carbon content of coconut shell charcoal >80%
The spare parts of the charcoal briquette extruder include the head spiral, mold, and conical barrel.
Spare parts of the charcoal briquette press machine are press rollers. The service life of the press roller is 1-2 years. You can change the roller to produce different shapes and sizes of charcoal briquettes.
