Shisha charcoal machine is specially designed for making shisha/hookah charcoal. It is a mechanical stamping machine for compressing charcoal powder into oblate shape or cubic shape briquettes. Materials are usually from natural wood charcoal and coconut shell charcoal.

What is shisha charcoal

The main application of hookah charcoal is for heating the shisha tobacco to produce smoke. Once the shisha charcoals are ignited they are placed on top of the foil on your hookah bowl. The heat produced by the charcoal will cook the shisha tobacco to produce sweet sweet clouds.
The shapes of shisha charcoal usually are tablet shape and cubic shape. The diameter of the tablet briquettes is usually 32 or 40mm. The size of cubic shape shisha charcoal is usually 22mm or 25mm. If you want to produce other shapes or sizes of briquettes, we can customize the mold for you.

How the hookah coal machine work

The whole set machine is driven by an electric motor. The prepared charcoal (mixing with water, binder, instant ignite additives, etc) is poured into the hopper of the shisha charcoal machine and filled into the mold automatically. Under the punching pressure, charcoal powder is pressed into shaped shisha charcoal briquettes. There is also a mesh belt conveyor with the machine. Each time the briquetting is finished, the conveyor will move forward and take the shisha charcoals out.
